Your dreams are some of the most private things you have. DreamLog keeps them on your iPhone and nowhere else.

Stays on this phone. No account, no tracking.

There is no account and no cloud sync, so your DreamLog data lives only on this phone. A backup file is how you keep a copy or move to a new phone.

1. In DreamLog, open Settings and tap Export backup. DreamLog puts your journal and photos into one .zip file and opens the share sheet.
2. Choose where the file goes, for example Files, AirDrop or Mail, and keep it somewhere safe.
3. On the new phone, install DreamLog, open Settings, tap Import backup and pick the file.

Importing adds what is missing. Entries already on the phone are kept and nothing is overwritten.

The backup file is not encrypted. Anyone who gets it can read every dream in it, so keep it somewhere only you can reach.

Deleting the app deletes its data. If you want to keep it, tap Export backup first.
